Cardigan Walks Festival is an annual programme of walks and talks in and around Cardigan. For 2012, the Festival will comprise of two events: a weekend of walks, talks and social events to mark the launch of the All Wales Coastal Path, and a weekend of walks and other events in September - details to be added to this web site following the May event. The festival is organised and managed by a group of volunteers from voluntary groups, local government bodies and commercial organisations.
A range of walks is planned to cover all tastes and abilities. They include urban walking, countryside walks, tackling the coastal path, and vary in difficulty from easy walking on gentle or no gradients to major ascents and descents.
Accommodation is available in Piggery Poke Hostel (Visit Wales 4 stars), or at various bed and breakfast accommodation providers, including Cardigan Coastal Cottages. Contact us for details.
